🚀 UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) – App & Digital Experience
📍 Munich or Berlin | 🖥️ Hybrid | 🌐 English-speaking role (German is a bonus)
I'm hiring an experienced UX/UI Designer m/f/d for a fast-growing digital health company with multiple consumer-facing brands. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working across different products, and brings strong ownership and adaptability – let’s talk.
Tasks
- Design modern, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web – including a flagship health app
- Work across multiple brands with unique audiences, voices, and design languages
- Use data and user insights to improve conversion, usability, and product experience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Product, Brand, Tech, and Marketing
- Bring structure to design processes
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design, ideally with a focus on mobile apps
- Solid command of Figma and Photoshop; comfortable using Jira and analytics tools
- Experience with AI-based design tools is a plus
- Strong ownership mentality, able to work independently and adapt across projects
- Analytical mindset: you make decisions based on data, not just aesthetics
- Fluent in English (German is a bonus)
- A great team player who is hands-on, productive, and collaborative
