    Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and driving business growth? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to our business by identifying and qualifying leads, supporting the sales process, and managing customer accounts. You'll work closely with our team to develop business intelligence, optimise communication channels, and ensure our CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.

    

    • Create longlists of leads, and quality leads by reaching out via phone, email and other alternative channels.
    • Assist in the sales process and create automations to close deals.
    • Assist in account management and develop and update business intelligence, find opportunities for upselling.
    • Improve channel communication by learnings from communicating with customers
    • Keep CRM data actual and regularly clean up data, develop and present reports.
    • Prepare shipments and keep the customer informed during the shipment process, and resolve problems
    • Improve and maintain website, and set up other public communication channels
    • Conduct competitor analysis of products, make recommendations and actively review price recommendations.

    Requirements

    • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong self-organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance multiple tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
