Nanogami is a highly innovative and rapidly growing startup in the field of DNA Origami-based nanotechnology (check out our DLD Talk or this article to learn more). Our international team is driven by a shared vision: to pioneer a novel generation of biochips set to unlock applications in research and diagnostics and thereby pushing the boundaries of personalised medicine to new heights. We recently secured significant funding by SPRIND - Germany’s Federal Agency for Disruptive Innovation to realize our ambitious growth trajectory and now aim to significantly expand our current team to support the at-scale commercialisation of our nanotechnology.
Position Overview:
As a Working Student in the Founders Office, you’ll play a key role in supporting the everyday running of the company. From organizing internal workflows to helping with logistics, purchasing, or admin tasks — you’ll jump in where things need to get done. This is a great opportunity if you’re curious about how a startup works behind the scenes, enjoy tackling practical challenges, and want to contribute directly to our growth.
- Work directly with the founders to support further scaling of the company, autonomously executing and supporting operational projects
- Develop reliable workflows, processes, and task automation throughout the company (accounting, logistics, procurement, human resources, legal, sales, etc.)
- Spot operational pain points and implement practical improvements.
- Oversee IT operations, from selecting and configuring hardware/software to maintaining systems, enforcing security, managing user access, and liaising with external partners.
- Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify opportunities and provide insights.
