Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Create, research, and edit high-quality prompts that are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand tone and style.
Develop clear, logical, and natural conversation flows for a variety of use cases.
Support AI training efforts by working with content across a wide range of topics – including sensitive or nuanced subjects.
Review and analyze content to ensure factual accuracy and stylistic consistency.
Brainstorm and test new prompt ideas, evaluating AI responses for clarity, relevance, and tone.
Ensure all content connects with the intended audience in a natural and compelling way.

Requirements

Requirements

Native-level or fluent in Croatian (C1+), with strong written and verbal skills.
Proficient in English (B2+ level).
Exceptional grammar, writing style, and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content and conversation scenarios.
Analytical thinking and an understanding of user behavior and content interaction.
Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive material responsibly.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
