We’re looking for a Founding AI Lead — someone who wants to build, own, and grow. You’ll join early, shape the roadmap, and help us evolve from projects to products.
Tasks
The Role
- Build AI tools and agents using LLMs (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc.)
- Create natural language interfaces for BI insights
- Work hands-on and help define architecture
- Collaborate with founders, BI consultants, and external AI partners
- Grow into a leadership role — this is designed to scale with you
Requirements
You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have 2+ years experience building AI/ML solutions (Python preferred)
- Know your way around LLMs, prompts, agents, and data pipelines
- Can explain your thinking clearly, to tech and business teams
- Are ready to step up — from contributor to owner
- Bonus: Experience with structured data and Power BI
