Working Student Performance Marketing (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Provide support to set up, monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Search and Shopping (SEA) mostly with Google products
• Ongoing monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, adjusting campaign strategies pro-actively to improve on budget results and meet targets
• Perform keyword analysis and monitor competition to identify new opportunities and performance improvement
• Conducting continued A/B testing on creatives/landing pages/new features
• Collaboration with Martech, BI, Product, Content and Graphic teams to further improve campaigns
• Provide regular, clear and actionable reports of all main KPIs highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for further optimization
• Staying up-to-date with Google Ads product updates, industry trends, and best practices to continue enhancing campaign effectiveness

Your profile

• You are studying marketing, economics, business or a similar course of study
• You have a passion for digital marketing and you are able to work both independently and collaboratively
• You have good analytical skills and feel comfortable using Excel
• Willingness to learn quickly
• Understanding of Paid Ads concepts (SEM/Social/Affiliate), as well as associated analytics platforms
• Initial experience in Performance Marketing is desirable but not required
• Relevant Google Ads and digital marketing certifications are desirable but not required
• Fluency in English is required
