  • ModSquad is currently seeking an experienced Lead Enterprise Applications Developer to join us!

    The Lead Enterprise Applications Developer will provide guidance to a small team of developers while also acting as an individual contributor on their own projects.

    ModSquad’s development team is charged with developing custom applications that compliment our world class service offerings, leveraging Artificial Intelligence wherever possible to increase the effectiveness of our Mods.  The team will also assist in automating processes and improving the user experience across all of our SaaS systems, leveraging APIs and workflow automation tools wherever possible.  Their ultimate goal is to ensure as little manual effort is required on processes that can be safely and effectively automated, leaving humans to do the important work that isn’t so easily repeatable or logically understood by such processes.

    What you will do:
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the development team to develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain development projects.
  • Utilize Bubble.io for custom application development and Okta Workflows for integration and process automation efforts, in addition to other tools and custom code as needed.
  • Work with vendors, clients, and internal teams to design, test, document, and implement solutions on a multitude of  internal and external systems.
  • Understand stakeholder stated and unstated needs to provide, design, and modify solutions to meet their expectations
  • Participate in active discussions with the Enterprise Applications team at large to ensure all parties are aligned on desired results and current status.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to improve all aspects of user experience and the company’s scalability wherever possible.

  • What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/a related discipline or the equivalent work experience and technical training
  • 5+ years of experience working with web-based architecture like HTML, CSS, Java / J2EE / JavaScript, JSON, and 3rd Party API Utilization
  • 2+ years of experience working with web/application design user experience and interface utilizing, but not limited to, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
  • Significant experience with Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning, to include utilizing third-party services like OpenAI, Google Contact Center AI, or Amazon CCI
  • Experience with low code development platforms Bubble.io and Okta Workflows a plus.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Experience in dynamic environments where technologies in use aren’t always controllable, like client services, a significant plus
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently
  • High EQ and sense of humor are required
