Want to scale enterprise growth with real ownership and visible impact?
As Senior Sales Manager at Modell Aachen, you will take meaningful ownership of enterprise growth across the DACH market while actively shaping how we scale in DACH and beyond over the next 1–2 years.
You’ll join a growing SaaS company providing AI-enabled management systems to large organizations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. You’ll target customers operating in complex, regulated environments who value substance, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
Work alongside a growing sales team and report directly into passionate Sales Leader, Fabian. With a flat hierarchy and short decision paths, you’ll have both autonomy and visibility, the freedom to execute and direct influence on how our sales organization evolves.
This role is designed for an experienced enterprise sales professional who values clear responsibility, strategic relevance, and hands-on ownership of enterprise deals from first conversation to signed agreement.
