Tasks

Joining us as the Accounting Team Lead, you will:

• lead an accounting team of 8 employees, being responsible for its technical and disciplinary management.
• refine our existing accounting processes, establish new ones, and support the implementation of our new ERP system.
• be the key contact for our external partners including banks, auditors, tax consultants, and internal audits, ensuring smooth collaborations.
• manage monthly and annual financial statements, adhering to both HGB and USGAAP standards.

Requirements

• You have extensive professional and management experience in the areas of finance and accounting.
• You have knowledge of electronic, workflow-supported approval processes and general ERP systems; you have very good MS Office skills.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, as well as very good communication skills. You are a proactive team player.
