    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from crafting compelling job postings to facilitating offer negotiations.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions promptly.
    • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our strategies and outcomes.
    • Provide regular updates to the management team regarding recruitment activities, candidate feedback, and market insights.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of sourcing and placing candidates.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
    • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and tools spanning various sectors.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
    • A proactive, results-oriented approach, demonstrating initiative in driving recruitment success.
    • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new work environment; fully paid relocation support is provided.
