Role: RPA UI Path Developer

Work mode: Onsite/Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA UiPath Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation technologies and experience in streamlining business processes through RPA.

Proven experience with UiPath and RPA development.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
Knowledge of APIs, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
UiPath certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath.
Maintain and improve existing RPA solutions for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Document process designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Monitor bot performance and ensure operational stability.
Provide support and training to end-users on RPA solutions.
Ensure compliance with RPA best practices and governance standards.
