    Ø Trainings can be provided for Ticketing tool.

    Ø To create Service Now tickets

    Ø Fluent in Local language : Italian

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Analyst located in Bengaluru. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support on a day-to-day basis. The role requires strong analytical skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
