  • Why we need you

    We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student – Digital Account Associate to join us. This is a great opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in customer success, account management, and sales operations in a fast-paced, B2B tech environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day customer operations, helping customers navigate through their product enquiries, renewals, and engagement journey with us.


    What to expect

    • Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer questions on our products, pricing, and plans, ensuring fast and clear communication via email. 
    • Renewal Support: Guide and assist customers through their renewal process, answering questions and ensuring they receive the right offers and information.  
    • Potential Upsell Engagement: Engage with existing customers, qualify their needs, and route them to the right Account Manager.  
    • CRM Management: Ensure accurate and high-quality data entry in Salesforce, keeping all customer and opportunity information up to date.  
    • Opportunity Tracking: Support the team in tracking renewals, expansions, and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline accuracy.  
    • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through timely, helpful, and solution-oriented communication.
    • Collaboration: work with cross-teams - Order management, Business systems and Marketing team on ad-hoc process improvement initiatives.   

    Your profile in short

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred).  
    • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).  
    • Interest in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Operations, or B2B SaaS.  
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy when working with data.  
    • Basic experience with CRM tools,Ticketing tools (Salesforce, Freshdesk experience is a plus).  
    • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership. 
    • Availability for 15–20 hours per week.
