    Tasks

    What you’ll do:

    As a Go-to-Market Engineer, your mission is to unlock revenue growth by combining automation, AI, and experimentation into powerful go-to-market workflows. You’ll sit at the centre of our growth engine, between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and drive forward initiatives that deliver measurable results. This is a business role focused on driving performance, not writing production code. You will use tools like Clay, n8n, ChatGPT, and CRM platforms to build scalable systems, launch creative campaigns, and identify new ways to engage and convert leads.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build automated lead workflows for inbound and outbound campaigns, powered by data enrichment, triggers, and smart segmentation.
    • Design creative, high-converting outreach LinkedIn and email campaigns that are hyper-personalised and timely.
    • Identify and act on the best times and ways to reach existing leads in our CRM.
    • Repurpose existing contacts and campaigns using smart automations.
    • Automate lifecycle communication across the funnel, including retargeting, upselling, and reactivation.
    • Continuously analyse performance and iterate on what works through A/B testing and optimisation.
    • Be highly creative in finding new ways to build and scale revenue-driving campaigns.
    • Collaborate directly with the company leadership as well as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

    Your first months might include:

    • Launching Clay-based automations to qualify and reach inbound leads within minutes.
    • Running persona-based outreach campaigns for our top ICP industries.
    • Automating landing page creation for SEO campaigns using n8n and structured inputs.
    • Identifying CRM leads who haven’t been contacted recently and re-engaging them with use-case driven outreach.
    • Building a system to send perfectly timed messages based on role, company size, or ICP fit.

    Requirements

    You are analytical, creative, and deeply curious about how to drive growth using automation, tools, and data. You are not afraid to test, fail, and optimise, and you know that speed is your advantage. You bring a strong sense of ownership and enjoy turning messy processes into smart systems.

    You:

    • Are fluent in tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
    • Know how to write short, clear, and persona-specific email copy that converts.
    • Understand CRM data, targeting logic, and campaign structure.
    • Are familiar with deliverability best practices and how to avoid spam filters.
    • Are highly analytical and comfortable setting up tracking, dashboards, and testing.
    • Have studied business, marketing, or another analytics-focused field.
    • Are fluent in English and a clear communicator.

    Bonus if you have:

    • Experience launching outbound or ABM campaigns in a SaaS company.
    • Built scalable marketing workflows using automation tools.
    • Worked on any startup growth, GTM, or RevOps projects before.
