Tasks

Identification of international top talents for specialist and leadership positions at various hierarchy levels across different areas for all Aenova Group locations:

• First point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Responsibility for managing the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with departments and HR business partners
• Targeted selection and strategic development of suitable recruiting channels
• Active sourcing and development of an international, strategic network of experts and executives, including through social media
• Definition and implementation of effective sourcing strategies
• Management of the entire candidate journey, from screening to hiring
• Representing the group at recruiting events and career fairs

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial environment, ideally in pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or the food industry
• Several years of experience in active sourcing
• High consulting competence and customer orientation
• Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented work style
• High social and intercultural competence
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
