We are currently looking for a Product Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing teams, your focus will be on shaping and executing our category strategy across pleasure devices and intimate essentials for major US and UK retail partners. In this role, you will combine strategic portfolio thinking with structured product development execution to deliver commercially successful, retail-ready product ranges.
What You Will DoPortfolio & Category Strategy (≈60%)Contribute to and execute the sexual wellness category strategy across toys and essentials for US and UK retail markets
Support development of clear range architectures (good/better/best tiers, price ladders, entry-to-premium segmentation)
Analyse sales performance, competitive landscapes, and market trends to identify white space opportunities and range optimisation potential
Support assortment localisation for US and UK retailers, ensuring compliance, pricing logic, and customer relevance
Work closely with Sales to develop compelling, retailer-ready product portfolios aligned to big-box retail requirements
Contribute to product roadmaps based on consumer insight, retail feedback, margin targets, and brand positioning
Support product group prioritisation decisions based on commercial viability, strategic fit, and operational feasibility
Help translate evolving sexual wellness trends into scalable, mainstream retail concepts
Product Development & Execution (≈40%)Lead end-to-end development of physical products from concept through mass production and retail launch
Manage complex multi-SKU projects (e.g., kits, seasonal programs, retailer-exclusive bundles)
Define product requirements in collaboration with design, engineering, regulatory, and sales teams
Coordinate timelines, samples, approvals, packaging, and production readiness with manufacturing partners
Track milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
Ensure products meet quality, safety, regulatory, and retailer compliance standards
Act as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external suppliers across time zones
