    Job Title: Program Manager / Portfolio Manager - IT Ecosystem for Commercial and Services

    Job Overview: As a Program Manager and Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in leading the setup of a sophisticated IT ecosystem tailored for Commercial and Services operations, with a focus on comprehensive portfolio management. This position requires a dynamic individual with expertise in program management, agile methodologies, and a strategic vision for optimizing technology solutions to enhance efficiency, customer experiences, and overall business performance.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Program Leadership:
    • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of the IT ecosystem setup program for Sales and Services operations.
    • Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
    1. Agile Transformation Oversight:
    • Drive the agile transformation within the program, applying agile principles and methodologies to ensure flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness.
    • Serve as an Agile Coach, providing guidance and coaching to teams transitioning to agile practices.
    1. Portfolio Management:
    • Develop and implement portfolio management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities.
    • Oversee the selection, prioritization, and execution of IT projects within the Sales and Services portfolio.
    1. Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with sales leaders, service executives, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure program objectives meet business needs.
    • Establish effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about program and portfolio progress.
    1. IT Ecosystem Design:
    • Design and oversee the implementation of an integrated IT ecosystem that supports Sales and Services processes.
    • Collaborate with solution architects and IT teams to ensure alignment with industry best practices and business requirements.
    1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, sales teams, service representatives, and other relevant departments.
    • Ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with business workflows.
    1. Program Governance:
    • Establish program governance structures, processes, and controls to monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
    • Implement regular program reviews and status updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
    1. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that IT solutions meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and security.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and validation.
    1. Continuous Improvement:
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the program, conducting retrospectives, gathering feedback, and implementing enhancements.
    • Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in the IT ecosystem.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Agile Coach, or in a similar leadership role.
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
    • Strong understanding of sales and services operations.
    • Experience in designing and implementing IT ecosystems.
    • Proven expertise in portfolio management.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
    • Project management and governance experience.
