Leaping AI builds voice bots that can fully automate inbound sales (and customer service) conversations in call centers. We thereby help our customers save 80% of their call center costs. We bring a novel technical approach (based on Gen AI) into the market and have first pilot customers. The team consists of experienced tech and business experts with experience at Microsoft, PayPal, IBM Research, BCG, and CDTM.
Tasks
- Contribute to our backend (Python, Supabase, Docker, Azure)
- Build integrations with customer systems (ERP and CRM)
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders on the customer side
- Configure and maintain PostgreSQL database
- Contribute to our real-time voice communication stack
Requirements
Required
- Built scalable APIs
- Experience developing distributed applications
- Multiple personal/professional projects with Python
- Know PostgreSQL and how to bend it to your will
- Experience with Docker; setting up CI/CD pipelines
- German C1 or better (for speaking with customers)
Extra-mile (optional)
- Knowledge of Azure cloud offerings
- Experience with Next.js and React
- Experience with SIP, call processing, Twilio
- Experience with integrating with customers’ ERP and CRM systems
- Experience developing applications leveraging LLMs
Must be based in Germany and speak German (minimum C1)
