In this role, you will have the crucial responsibility of leading our technical support team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our employees while constantly improving our IT-offerings and processes.

    By leveraging your expertise and leadership skills, you will guide and develop your team and improve user satisfaction at the same time.
    As a Manager IT Support, it is essential that you possess a strong technical background complemented by extensive customer service experience. If you're a problem solver who can inspire and motivate a team, we'd love to hear from you.

    WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

    • Lead and develop our global IT Support team (4 FTE), fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
    • Shape and maintain the IT helpdesk
    • Analyze support requests to discover underlying issues and trends
    • Continuously improve the quality of IT support provided to a global organization
    • Ensure high quality user enablement for all IT-related topics
    • Manage the IT hardware portfolio, covering the full hardware lifecycle of end user devices and meeting room equipment
    • Define, track and improve KPIs for user requests and user satisfaction
    • Steer the team’s transition into an SAP enterprise environment, aligning processes, structure and the technical architecture being used
    • Guide our employees through the IT-related changes of the SAP acquisition journey

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    • Strong leadership skills, ideally in an international and diverse environment
    • Proven track record of process improvements
    • Experience managing suppliers and partners
    • Experience administrating MacOS and iOS devices in a business environment
    • Solid technical background, ideally in a cloud-environment
    • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken, with the ability to translate technical vocabulary to non-technical audience
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Task-oriented and organized, experience managing a ticket queue and ability to prioritize
    • Change management skills
    • 2+ years experience in a similar role
