Shape the L1VE brand and make it visible everywhere
L1VE GmbH is a fast-growing media and technology company redefining how people experience sports, music, and entertainment. With cutting-edge 12K/3D/360° streaming technology and a global portfolio of premium rights, we bring live events authentically and immersively to life across all leading VR platforms.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Brand Designer (f/m/x) who ensures the L1VE brand is consistent, alive, and evolving across all touchpoints — from digital products and platforms to physical experiences. You’ll shape and implement the visual identity while guiding other designers to work within the L1VE brand DNA.
Tasks
- Roll out and maintain the L1VE brand design across all touchpoints (e.g., app, website, pitch decks, events, merchandise, business materials)
- Develop and refine brand guidelines, templates, and assets
- Ensure design consistency across teams and channels
- Support and mentor designers from other teams (UX/UI, marketing, app)
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, content, and external partners to deliver a cohesive brand experience
- Evolve and modernize our visual language as we grow globally
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in brand or visual design, ideally with digital-first or global brands
- Broad design skill set — from layout to motion and brand systems
- Proficient in major design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Able to translate abstract ideas into strong visual concepts
- Experience or interest in immersive media, XR, or tech-driven storytelling is a strong plus
- Curious and passionate about sports and entertainment
- Self-starter with a high design standard and collaborative mindset
Education & Languages:
- Degree from a Design School or Art School
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
