To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Junior) Social Media & Content Manager (f/m/x) who builds and grows L1VE’s presence on LinkedIn and beyond. You’ll plan and execute our content strategy, create posts and articles that position us as a leader in immersive media, and help shape our voice in the global conversation.

Tasks

Build and manage L1VE’s social media presence, starting with LinkedIn and expanding to other platforms (Instagram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
Plan, create, and publish engaging content: posts, articles, event coverage, and website copy
Develop a content calendar aligned with brand, marketing, and strategy
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, product, design) to surface stories and insights
Monitor engagement and performance to optimize future content
Represent L1VE’s tone of voice and personality across every channel

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or communications — ideally in a tech, media, or startup context
Exceptional copywriting skills in English; storytelling mindset
Familiarity with social analytics and scheduling tools
Strong interest in media, technology, sports, and entertainment
Independent, creative, and eager to experiment

Education & Languages:

University degree
Fluent in English; German is a plus
