You are an analytical mind who likes to solve complex problems helping us to advance our business model? Our Data Analytics department is looking for a (Senior) Data Analyst (m/f/d)!

In this role, you'll be in the driver's seat of innovative research & modeling approaches, allowing us to follow our vision to be a data-driven organization. Your tasks will include:

• Exploring existing data sets and identifying patterns between variables
• Designing and deploying statistical models and machine learning solutions to enhance crucial business decisions (i.e. pricing elasticities, online-offline interactions)
• Design together with our Data Analytics team predictive forecasting models, enriching steering decisions in marketing & other business areas (i.e. CLV)
• Supporting experimentation frameworks and testing opportunities based on exploratory findings
• Stimulating new business opportunities through sharp & transparent analysis
• Develop scientific roadmaps and data requirements for future research endeavors

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Data Analyst position working with a variety of statistical approaches. Experience in the area of e-commerce or retail is a plus.
• You are skilled in SQL, Python, or R to quickly access our DWH (mostly BigQuery) and wrangle data as required.
• You have an explorative mi nd who loves to create MVP s.
• You possess outstanding problem-solving skills which you use to identify patterns where others just see numbers.
• You are able to present your findings in an actionable form to ensure your insights are applied by the business.
• Excellent English skills, German is a plus.
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or you are ready to relocate for your new position!
