    • YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    You will...

    1. regularly update and manage tasks, workflows, and tickets in JIRA to ensure sales-related project coordination and tracking.
    2. organize and update Confluence pages with relevant information, documentation, and resources to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and collaborating departments.
    3. conduct thorough research and analysis on Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), and Fleet Management (FM) solutions offered by competitors to identify market trends and inform strategic decision-making
    4. collaborate with various teams to improve sales processes by utilizing RASCI methodology and create Draw.io diagrams within Confluence, ensuring efficiency and clarity in documentation.
    5. assist Tech Sales Consultants in designing and developing tailored demos in  to showcase product features and capabilities to potential clients.
    6. actively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders, including the Technical Sales Team, Direct Sales, and other departments, to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    You...

    1. are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, IT, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, possess an alternative background with a strong interest in advancing into a Tech/Sales-related position.
    2. have a hands-on mentality with excellent coordination skills to effectively manage tasks and priorities while working with diverse stakeholders.
    3. possess strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken German and English to effectively interact with internal teams.
    4. have a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
