As a Brand Designer at Kickbase, you’ll take ownership of your own projects, lead visual storytelling across channels, and mentor junior designers like the design legend you’re becoming. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Evolve our design system to maximize our impact
- Conceptualize, develop and execute designs for all communication measures to promote the brand to the outside world. – And we mean all of them!
- Implement brand consistency across all deliverables
- Own the creative process, taking briefs from idea to implementation
- Actively communicate to teamlead, design team and other departments
- Serve as a mentor to more junior designers by assisting with research and feedback
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3–5 years of working experience in brand design
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work independently and manage mid-sized projects from start to finish
- Demonstrable portfolio with state-of-the-art work examples
- BA Communication Design (or similar)
- Knowledge of brand design systems, brand identity and typographic systems
- Great experience in Figma and Adobe CC programs
- Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- Team player with a proactive mindset and a good dose of empathy
- Great communication skills – in German and English
NICE 2 HAVES
- An interest in football – or at least in the chaos around it
- Experience in the sports, gaming or entertainment industries
- You live in or close to Düsseldorf
- Knowledge about material design, human interface guidelines and basic animation
- Experience working with Asana and Notion
