  • As a Growth Product Manager at Keleya, you will be instrumental in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the pregnancy and maternal health market, who can innovate and execute growth initiatives.

    Tasks

    What You'll Do:

    • Champion a User-Centric Approach: Drive product development with a focus on customer insights, data analysis, and feedback to continually iterate and optimise the customer experience.
    • Create Impactful Roadmaps: Develop a clear roadmap to achieve short to mid-term objectives, generating measurable P&L impact from both new and existing customer journeys.
    • Define and Deliver Product Strategies: Plan and oversee the execution of product strategies, monitoring their impact on the business.
    • Collaborate Across Functions: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product discovery and delivery.

    Requirements

    What You'll Bring:

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager
    • Ambition and Drive: You are motivated to make a difference in women’s health and want to support Keleya in achieving its mission for and to women
    • Activation and Engagement Expertise: Strong understanding of customer behaviour at sign-up and point of purchase, with a deep knowledge of best practices for influencing early retention and addressing funnel-related challenges in consumer-centric products.
    • Experienced in Outcome-Based Product Management: Proven track record of delivering complex products and features from concept to launch, creating roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve outcome-based goals.
    • Strategic Thinking: Robust analytical and strategic thinking abilities to translate market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning into actionable product plans and strategies for activation and conversion funnels.

    Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Working proficiency or fluency in German is a plus.
