SW integration on RF test systems (m/f/x)

Project description:

Help develop the future standard in mobile communication: In this position you will work with 2G-5G, perform SW tests and integrate new SW modules into complex RF test systems.

Tasks:

• Installation and commissioning of new SW modules on complex RF test systems in the field of mobile communication from 2G to 5G and future standards
• Execution / documentation of intensive SW tests / acceptance tests according to test plan as well as execution of regression tests before delivery of new SW versions in combination with older releases and other projects.
• Troubleshooting in HW and SW as well as creation and tracking of error reports
• Creation of test plans for regression and release tests
• Carrying out internal type tests with the quality assurance team

Skills:

• Completed studies in communications engineering/electrical engineering or comparable training
• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of high-frequency measurement technology and the use of modern HF measuring devices
• Good understanding of systems and analytical approach
• High degree of independence / self-organization
• Experience in test planning and organization of extensive test campaigns
• Good knowledge of German and English
