    Who we need
    For the continuous growth of our company, we are looking for a Talent Recruiter.

    You will drive our fast growth by finding the right talent for our team and save the hiring managers’ time with your solution-oriented attitude. The roles you will be responsible for vary from marketing to tech roles. We don’t focus on headcount but on adding people who match the values we live by daily: Learn, Deliver & Create Value.

    What you will be doing
  • Your job is to help our team grow while keeping our talent density high.
  • The main goal is not to reach a certain headcount but to find and attract top talent that suits our unique company culture.
  • You own the recruiting pipeline from the first candidate contact to signing the contract.
  • You filter applications & CVs.
  • You screen candidates and closely collaborate with the hiring managers to understand the individual needs & the team fit for each role.
  • You ensure that we have a constant flow of interesting applications by optimizing Job Ads and promoting them on a variety of relevant platforms.

    • What we need from you
  • You fit into our “no-bullshit” attitude with openness to feedback, ability to learn & develop, and by constantly pushing the status quo.
  • Psychological background or proven diagnostic skills: Ability to quickly assess and analyze people’s personalities and abilities.
  • A fine sense of what the respective hiring managers are looking for.
  • Organizational skills that help you to keep an overview of numerous application processes at the same time.
  • Your understanding of Online Marketing gives you the ability to review and assess case studies.
  • A genuine interest in the Entertainment Industry (Movies, TV Shows, Sports, Games) is a big plus.
  • Fluent in German & English.
