YOUR CHALLENGE

As our Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for our entire supplier management. This would mean negotiating with suppliers, improving conditions, setting up new projects, and just generally helping shape the future of JUNIQE's supply line.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supplier management: You are responsible for our entire supplier management from A to Z. This includes the strategic orientation and development of procurement strategies, as well as forecasting, production control and quality assurance. With your negotiating skills, you will continuously improve our conditions.
• Project management: As a project management professional, you will be responsible for all of our suppliers' issues, from setting up new projects to providing support in day-to-day business. You will also be responsible for defining, optimising and monitoring all processes.
• Data analysis: You keep an eye on all important data at all times and develop measures to increase turnover.
• Further development: You work directly with the management and can play a key role in shaping our Account & Operation Management and make a real difference.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or comparable training.
• You have experience in supplier support, customer success management, project or account management.
• Ideally, you have experience in dealing with technical connections.
• You are very service- and process-orientated and are not easily flustered.
• You are quick on the uptake and enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics.
• You have a lot of initiative and drive.
• You are fluent in German and English.
