    This role is designed for a highly accomplished engineer ready to make an outsized impact on a fast-paced, mission-driven technology platform. You will drive technical excellence across the full stack, from front-end to back-end and infrastructure, delivering high-quality, scalable software while acting as a force multiplier for the entire engineering organization. You will take ownership of complex systems, guide architectural decisions, and optimize processes to ensure team productivity and system reliability.     Accountabilities:

    • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable software solutions across the full stack.
    • Lead architectural decisions, ensuring stability, maintainability, and scalability of critical system components.
    • Conduct rigorous code reviews, promoting clean, well-tested, and documented code across the team.
    • Rapidly context-switch between front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and database tasks to remove bottlenecks.
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges and production performance issues.
    • Identify and automate inefficient or repetitive processes within development, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
    • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, setting standards for technical execution, quality, and productivity.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and challenge assumptions, ensuring optimal solutions.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of significant impact.
    • Expert proficiency in Typescript and Python, with deep knowledge of modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Strong experience in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and performance optimization at scale.
    • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, virtualization, and modern database technologies.
    • Deep understanding of agile development and rapid iteration methodologies.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects independently or as the primary technical lead.
    • Portfolio of completed projects, open-source contributions, or internal tooling development is a plus.
