This role sits at the core of a fast-growing fintech platform focused on transforming how businesses manage and automate financial operations. You will own the vision and execution of accounting integrations, shaping how complex financial systems connect seamlessly at scale. Acting at the intersection of product, engineering, and business teams, you will turn fragmented, customer-specific integration needs into a unified, scalable product platform. In a highly collaborative and international environment, you will lead a cross-functional team while influencing strategic decisions across product and commercial domains. Accountabilities

In this role, you will define and drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of scalable accounting integration solutions that power financial workflows across markets:

Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for accounting integrations and the integration platform
Design a scalable integration framework that standardizes connections across multiple accounting and ERP systems
Translate complex, customer-specific accounting requirements into structured, reusable product capabilities
Define core data models, synchronization logic, mapping structures, and error-handling frameworks for integrations
Lead delivery of key integrations while ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with business needs
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define APIs, system architecture, and technical implementation details
Identify and remove bottlenecks in integration onboarding, configuration, and support processes
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure commercial and customer value

Requirements

You bring strong product leadership experience combined with deep understanding of financial systems and platform architecture:

5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles in fintech, payments, accounting, or platform products
Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, DATEV, or Xero and their real-world business use cases
Experience building or managing API-driven integrations or scalable platform products
Strong understanding of financial data structures such as transactions, invoices, ledgers, and reconciliation flows
Ability to translate complex, localized accounting requirements into scalable product solutions
Technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on APIs and data models
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complexity across systems and markets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive decisions and prioritize in fast-moving settings
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
