    This role sits at the intersection of client services, project delivery, and strategic account growth within a fast-paced international environment. You will act as the key operational and relational point of contact for EMEA-based clients, ensuring that all creative briefs are accurately captured, production workflows are efficiently managed, and final deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The position combines hands-on delivery oversight with client-facing responsibility, including stakeholder communication and meeting participation. A strong focus is placed on precision, process discipline, and quality assurance across all outputs. At the same time, you will contribute to account development initiatives by supporting performance analysis and identifying growth opportunities. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with creative, production, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.


    Accountabilities:
    • Manage end-to-end brief intake, ensuring all client requests are complete, accurate, and aligned with the agreed scope before production begins.
    • Translate client briefs into internal workflows and coordinate execution across creative and production teams using project management tools.
    • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and resolution of production issues.
    • Perform final quality assurance checks on all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and technical excellence before client delivery.
    • Oversee delivery timelines, feedback cycles, and status tracking to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
    • Support client meetings and communications, providing updates on project progress and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
    • Contribute to account growth initiatives by supporting reporting, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
    • Requirements:

      • Fluency in German, with the ability to review and contribute to German-language assets.
      • Strong experience in client services, project management, or account coordination within a digital, creative, or marketing environment.
      • Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality assurance and error-free delivery.
      • Ability to manage high-volume workflows in a structured, process-driven environment.
      • Familiarity with digital marketing formats and production workflows, with an understanding of what constitutes a strong creative brief.
      • Experience working with project management or workflow tools such as Opal, Lytho, Google Drive, or SharePoint is highly valued.
      • Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions, including meetings and status updates.
      • Availability to work aligned with EMEA business hours and collaborate across distributed teams.
      • Strong organizational skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to separate feedback from personal performance.
