This is a unique opportunity to lead product strategy for a transformative platform shaping the future of electronics development. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with global hardware companies to enhance how teams manage data, workflows, and collaboration throughout the design lifecycle. In this role, you’ll blend strategic thinking with execution, champion user needs, and work cross-functionally to deliver market-leading solutions that power the next generation of electronic products.

    Accountabilities:

    • Define and shape the product vision and roadmap for cloud-based lifecycle management solutions in hardware development.
    • Collaborate with R&D teams to deliver data management and orchestration features aligned with evolving industry needs.
    • Drive product discovery by engaging with enterprise clients, industry leaders, and end users to identify problems and validate solutions.
    • Lead cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, QA, and Support to ensure successful product launches and adoption strategies.
    • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends and competitors to guide innovation and market positioning.
    • Foster customer engagement and adoption through targeted release plans, feedback loops, and solution refinement.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Product Management role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or cloud software environment.
    • Background in software development, with preference for experience in cloud platforms or SaaS applications.
    • Proven ability to lead independently—driving strategy, building roadmaps, and taking ownership from ideation through delivery.
    • Comfortable engaging with enterprise stakeholders—from decision-makers to end-users—to gather insights and validate concepts.
    • Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Arena, Windchill) or process orchestration tools is a strong advantage.
    • Exposure to ECAD/EDA software or PCB design is a plus; UX sensitivity highly desirable.
    • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.

    Benefits

    • Competitive compensation package and performance-based bonuses.
    • Flexible work arrangements with a hybrid/remote-friendly culture.
    • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
    • Inclusive, international team and collaborative work environment.
    • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement benefits.
    • Generous vacation and paid leave policy.
    • A culture that values transparency, bold ideas, and continuous innovation.
