This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of IP Fabric. We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager in the European Union.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will take a leading role in driving product strategy, ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable customer and business outcomes. You’ll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, making critical prioritization decisions, and integrating customer insights with business objectives. This role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, while collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and executive teams. You’ll mentor peers, advocate for best practices, and influence how product management evolves within a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. With a strong emphasis on AI adoption, this position offers the opportunity to impact both internal workflows and customer-facing features at a pivotal growth stage.
· Define and enforce outcome-based criteria for roadmap initiatives, making tough prioritization calls when necessary.
· Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Sales to align on customer-focused outcomes.
· Validate solutions early through prototypes, betas, or design partnerships.
· Establish and track KPIs to ensure delivered features meet intended results.
· Serve as a senior advocate for customers and partners, influencing product direction.
· Mentor and coach product managers to raise standards across the team.
· Partner with leadership to maintain roadmap discipline and avoid custom one-off solutions.
· Explore and integrate AI into product management practices and customer-facing features.
Requirements
· 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; experience in networking, security, infrastructure, or compliance software is strongly valued.
· At least 1 year of proven success as a Principal Product Manager.
· Demonstrated ability to drive outcome-based results and manage complex prioritization in enterprise settings.
· Expertise in roadmap governance, portfolio management, and customer research methodologies (interviews, JTBD, validation experiments).
· Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to define and act on KPIs.
· Executive-level communication skills for C-suite, board members, and strategic customers.
· Experience aligning cross-functional teams around shared outcomes.
· Knowledge of licensing and pricing models for enterprise software products.
· Familiarity with applying AI/ML in product workflows and designing AI-enabled features.
· Pragmatic and outcome-driven mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
