Tasks
● Lead the development of AI-powered visibility analytics products.
● Own the roadmap
● Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product designers, and UX teams to shape delightful, user-facing features.
● Define and communicate clear product requirements and specs.
● Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for innovation.
● Work with cross-functional teams to drive product delivery from 0→1.
● Track and analyze product success metrics to guide future iterations.
● Participate in user testing, research, and product discovery loops.
Requirements
- 2–8 years as a full-stack engineer (hands-on coding + shipping features)
- Must-have: TypeScript, React (expert-level)
- Nice-to-have: Node.js, GCP, Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Tasks, Scheduler), Tailwind CSS,
shadcn/ui, OpenAI/Claude/Perplexity/Gemini/Llama APIs, Cursor tool
- End-to-end project ownership (prototype ® ship ® optimize ® scale)
- Startup or founder experience (especially 0®1 stage)
- Worked at YC-backed or Tier 1 VC-backed companies (Sequoia, a16z, Accel, Atomico, Lightspeed, etc.)
- Active GitHub (>2,000 commits/year) or notable open-source contributions
- Polished deployed side projects / high HackerRank/LeetCode scores
- Relentless work ethic, competitiveness, bias for action
Benefits
Location: Berlin, Germany (on-site required)
Schedule: Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00/10:00 PM in-office; Some weekend work (remote)
Salary: €75k – €140k + equity (0.1% – 0.3%)
