Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Mission 

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be working in the Talent Attraction team to ensure we hire the best talent for our different sites. You will proactively source, plan, train hiring managers on hiring techniques and manage the full cycle recruiting process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company. As a first point of contact act as a brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace. 

More specifically, you will: 

• Partner with the hiring managers to understand the job requirements and skill sets of a role 
• Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews 
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process and play a critical role to our international growth 
• Manage the pipeline of candidates, both immediate and long term leads, to ensure an outstanding candidate experience 
• Improve our user-friendly ATS by bringing it to the next level 
• Together with the team, deliver and track most important Talent KPI's 
• Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent 
• Be involved in personnel marketing and employer branding measures by driving initiatives (e.g. Hiring events, collaborations) 

Who you are and what you have 

• Bachelor's or masters degree in business, psychology or related degree or equivalent 
• At least 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience or Talent Sourcing 
• Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates  
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills 
• Outstanding organization and attention to detail 
• Fluent in English 

Nice to Have: 

• High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a growing organisation 
• Fluent in German
