  • About Us

Invisible Brands is a fast-growing, international retention agency for D2C e-commerce brands. We blend sharp strategy, premium creative, and data-driven execution to drive LTV through world-class email/SMS programs. Now we’re hiring a hands-on COO to operationalize our next stage of scale.

    Tasks

    The Role

You’ll own day-to-day operations and build the systems that keep our client work moving—on time, on brief, and at an elite standard. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers and in-house Design Team to plan capacity, streamline workflows, and turn chaos into clarity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Run and continuously improve our operating system across ClickUp (projects, templates, SLAs, dashboards) and Slack (communication norms, channels, automations).
    • Capacity & resourcing: forecast bandwidth, allocate tasks, and maintain smooth handoffs between AMs, Designers, and Copy.
    • Process design: document SOPs, reduce cycle times, and increase on-time delivery across flows, campaigns, and design requests.
    • Quality & velocity: set production standards, implement QA checklists, and unblock teams fast.
    • Reporting: build weekly ops dashboards (throughput, on-time %, revision rates, utilization) and drive action from the numbers.
    • Hiring & onboarding ops roles as we scale; coach team leads to become process owners.
    • Own the cadence: standups, retros, post-mortems, and continuous improvement rituals.

    Requirements

    What You Bring

    • 2–3 years of proven experience as a COO (or Head of Operations/Operations Lead) in a digital agency, studio, or similar fast-paced services environment.
    • Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp and Slack (you know how to structure spaces, automate, and report—without over-engineering).
    • Strong capacity planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
    • Bias to action, calm under pressure, and excellent written/spoken English.
    • Nice to have: experience with e-commerce/retention (Klaviyo/Omnisend), creative production pipelines, or design team operations.

    Working Hours & Location

    • Remote from anywhere in the world.
    • Comfortable working 10:00–18:00 European time (CET/CEST).
    • Start: immediately.

    Benefits

    Compensation & Perks

    • Competitive salary tailored to experience and location.
    • Christmas bonus and vacation bonus.
    • Growth path into VP Ops as we scale.
    • Budget for tools, training, and conferences.
    • If you need something else to do your best work—tell us. We’re flexible.

Send your CV or LinkedIn, plus:

    • 5–10 bullet points on ops wins you’re proud of (with metrics),
    • 2 process screenshots (or redacted examples) that demonstrate your ClickUp mastery,
    • Your earliest start date and salary expectation.
