As a Business Transformation Recruiter, you will manage recruitment and talent acquisition for the Business Transformation department, supporting strategic hiring projects and ensuring the team attracts and retains top talent. You will contribute to developing and executing strategies to source high-calibre candidates aligned with Business Transformation’s needs, oversee job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes, and build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to expand talent pipelines.
You will coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the department, and report on key recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes.
Drive recruitment activities to meet Business Transformation’s hiring needs, including workforce planning and talent pipeline development
Constant alignment with HR Business Partner
Partner with Business Transformation leadership to align recruitment with departmental goals and culture
Assist in employer branding and candidate experience projects
Provide guidance to recruiters and support their professional development
Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards and policies
Collaborate with HR, and external training providers to align training projects with organisational needs
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Several years of relevant experience and a proven track record in project management, business transformation, or consulting
Good negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to improve recruitment innovation and process improvements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency in using recruiting software
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong MS Office and MS Project skills
Strong presentation skills
