PROJECT MANAGER (W/M/D)

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Verantwortlich für die Durchführung und Steuerung der nationalen und internationalen Media- und Marktforschungsprojekte
• Interne Koordination und Unterstützung bei (kundenindividueller) Angebotserstellung, Machbarkeits- und Konzeptprüfung
• Sicherstellung der Projektdeadlines und Projektrentabilität
• Überwachung von Projektfortschritten, Abhängigkeiten, Ressourcen und Budgets
• Reporting von aktuellen, verlässlichen Projektdaten in das Unternehmen und als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management
• Koordination und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
• Sicherstellung von projektübergreifendem Wissenstransfer
• Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation und Mitarbeit an der Kapazitätsplanung
• Bedienung und Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagementtools

DEIN PROFIL

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, präferiert im Bereich Sportmanagement /-ökonomie oder Projektmanagement
• Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
• Begeisterung für das professionelle Sportbusiness
• Passion für Prozesse
• Affinität zu digitalen Tools
• Strategisches und unternehmerischen Denken
• Außerordentliche Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeiten
• Anpassungsfähigkeit und schnelle Entscheidungsfähigkeit

YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for the implementation and management of national and international media and market research projects
• Internal coordination and support with (customer-specific) proposal preparation, feasibility, and concept review
• Ensuring project deadlines and project profitability
• Monitoring project progress, dependencies, resources, and budgets
• Reporting current, reliable project data to the company and as a basis for management decisions
• Coordination and optimization of workflows

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in the field of sports management/economics or project management
• Initial experience in project management
• Enthusiasm for the professional sports business

• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
• Adaptability and quick decision-making skills
• Very good problem-solving and time management skills
