About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our Human Capital Management consulting team, supporting clients in delivering large-scale Workday-enabled HR transformations.

You will help organisations transform their HR operating models, processes, and employee experiences through the implementation and optimisation of Workday HCM solutions. This role combines Workday functional expertise, HR transformation knowledge, and management consulting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Workday HCM implementation and transformation programmes
• Configure and optimise Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Time and Absence, and People Analytics
• Translate business and HR requirements into Workday solution design
• Facilitate workshops and provide subject matter expertise
• Support global, multi-country transformation programmes
• Contribute to business development and practice growth

Requirements

Experience:
• 5+ years (Senior Consultant) or 8+ years (Principal) in Workday HCM or HR technology consulting

HCM platform expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is highly appreciated

Languages:
• Fluent German (mandatory)
• Fluent English (mandatory)

Additional:
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in HR transformation and operating model design
• Workday certification preferred
