Your Mission
Your mission is straightforward: to source and select the best talent, no compromise, and keep raising the bar among our people. The fundamentals are in place - an amazing product, solid funding, top class leadership - and now hiring needs to move faster, smarter, and more creatively than ever before. We’re looking for a senior recruiter who has scaled teams in high-growth startups before, understands deep tech talent, and knows how to combine strong recruiting fundamentals with the most effective AI tools and unconventional thinking to consistently deliver results. This role partners closely with founders and senior leadership to scale technical and business teams without compromising quality or culture.
Your main task is to accelerate Impossible Cloud growth by relentlessly building, qualifying, and developing a high-volume, high-quality candidate pipeline and select only the best.
Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).
