    Why This Role Matters:

    We’re embedding a Solutions Engineer into the Growth Team, right next to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our technical product and customer success, providing hands-on consultation and technical guidance for our iOS SDK customers. You’ll play a critical role in accelerating deals, de-risking integrations, and driving long-term customer value.

    This role is perfect for someone who loves code but thrives even more when helping others succeed with it.

    Tasks

    • Lead technical consultations with prospective and existing customers evaluating our iOS SDKs.
    • Translate customer use cases into practical, scalable SDK integration plans.
    • Collaborate directly with Sales during pre-sales to design proof-of-concepts, prototype features, and unblock technical objections.
    • Maintain and evolve integration demos, sample apps, and technical guides that enable smooth onboarding.
    • Join customer calls to troubleshoot, advise, and unblock their developers—live debugging and screen-sharing are your superpowers.
    • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to funnel insights back into product decisions and roadmap discussions.
    • Evangelize best practices in architecture, performance, and API usage for our iOS SDKs (Swift and SwiftUI).
    • Occasionally contribute to core SDK improvements where customer needs intersect with our roadmap.

    Requirements

    • You’re a senior iOS developer fluent in Swift (bonus: SwiftUI) with a strong sense of design and developer experience.
    • You’re energized by collaborating with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them succeed.
    • You can distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans—even in the middle of a call.
    • You’re a strong communicator, equally comfortable working with engineers and sales teams.
    • You’re self-driven and autonomous, thriving in a remote environment with async workflows.
    • You’ve worked in or closely with a sales or customer-facing function (pre-sales, solution architecture, support, etc.).
    • You’re based in the EU and authorized to work and travel across Europe.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience working with or building SDKs.
    • Contributions to open-source or developer education (talks, blogs, tutorials).
    • Familiarity with video/photo editing pipelines or creative tools is a bonus.
    • Experience using CRM or customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom).
