Salesforce Developer (f/m/d)

We, IBS Technology GmbH, are a young company with strong partners and many years of experience in the construction supply industry. As such, we develop, distribute and implement modern CRM solutions in the cloud business based on the standard software of our partner Salesforce to leading medium-sized companies with a focus on the object and project business.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support our business processes and drive growth.

Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other teams to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
• Build custom triggers, Apex classes, LWC, Visualforce pages to extend the functionality of Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including third-party APIs and internal applications.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code is well-written, tested, and maintainable.
• Continuously improve the quality of our Salesforce development practices and processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and other modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Preferred qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
