👩‍💻 Job Description

As a Founder's Associate at Hula Earth, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting the founders in driving the vision and mission of our startup forward. Your role will be multifaceted with a focus on growth, customer success and marketing. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to strategy, operations, and cross-functional projects - gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, sustainability, and technology.

🦉 About Hula Earth
Biodiversity has declined 70% in the last 50 years, yet funding and accurate data for nature investments remain limited. Hula Earth tackles this gap with tech-driven solutions, combining satellite insights and our proprietary IoT sensor network to make nature investments scalable, actionable, and measurable.

At the end of 2024, we raised a €1.6M pre-seed round with top European investors, including Point Nine Capital and angels like Lawrence Leuschner (TIER Mobility) and Kilian Kaminski (refurbed). We’re now focused on growing traction and preparing for a strong Seed round.

Aufgaben

✅ Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to define short-term and long-term growth priorities. Maintain dashboards and performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention.
Customer Success: Support onboarding, gather feedback, and build scalable processes to drive customer retention.
Marketing & Growth: Execute campaigns, create content, and track performance to generate demand and highlight customer success stories.
Operational Support: Own day-to-day tasks and manage cross-functional projects that improve customer experience and marketing impact.
Communications: Draft and edit internal and external communications. Help maintain consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Relationship Building: Cultivate customer advocates, support partner/investor communications, and represent the company externally.

🎓 Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Economics or similar
Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication in German & English
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
