    BUSINESS UNIT

    The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is based on the Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS Group that transform into much more than “just” a platform: BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s safe, sustainable and upgraded travel experience. The primary purpose of BTC is to create loyalty between HRS and its customers.

    We envision a Prime like system for Business Travelers, where members get on “golden handcuffs” in exchange for superior benefits and services. Thus, the Club and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market.

    POSITION

    We are looking for a Cologne based Working Student Audience Acquisition (m/f/d) who supports our team in various activities for growing our customer base.

    This is a marketing role and you will closely work together with the Performance Marketing team and with the Partnerships / Affliate Marketing team.

    Aufgaben

    • Create daily reports to analyze performance and steer our marketing campaigns
    • Assist our team in answering requests and providing excellent data reporting’s to our clients
    • Coordinate day to day operational management of customer requires
    • Ensure smooth administrative set up for the management of indirect customers (channel request, email, complains, queries on financial/commercial topics to corresponding HRS team)
    • Support the implementation of cooperation’s with new clients (client ‘roll-out’ and activation)
    • Perform customer service in direct and indirect format (teleconferences, online trainings, etc.)
    • Act as first touchpoint for indirect clients and acting as an interface for internal stakeholders

    Qualifikation

    • Ongoing studies preferably in the field of Business Administration or Tourism Management
    • Ability to work detail oriented and reliably
    • Great organizational ability and strong communication skills as well as a high level of initiative and independence
    • Technical affinity to different technologies
    • Very good MS Office skills (especially in Excel)
    • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
