Tasks

As a (Senior) Back-End Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and building the backbone of our procurement solution.

Build scalable backend services using Python (Django REST Framework)
Take ownership of technical and architectural decisions
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and product team to deliver user-centric features
Automate workflows through CI/CD and infrastructure tools
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning
Drive technical improvements and suggest new ideas – we love initiative!

Requirements

2+ years of backend development experience with Python, ideally with Django REST
Strong grasp of modern backend architectures (e.g., service-oriented or modular monoliths)
Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD tools, and code reviews
Comfortable working in remote-first teams (Slack, Notion, async culture)
Experience with AWS or other cloud services is a plus
You enjoy autonomy, taking initiative, and working in a dynamic startup environment
