Tasks
- Supervision of the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Strategic financial planning and analysis (budget preparation, controls procedures, plan-fact analysis).
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
- Optimization of financial and tax accounting function of the Group
- Preparation of management accounting, cash-flows planning and financial analysis, regular reporting for management and investors
- Accounting and due diligence of M&A activities
- Process automatization and presentation (Power BI and other tools)
- Communicate, engage and interact with the Board of Directors, CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Recruiting new staff members when required
- Communication with the banks
Requirements
- Work experience Experience 3-5 years
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, including understanding of income statements, balance sheet and cash flow management, general finance and budgeting
- Experience with corporate governance
- Experience in preparing and auditing financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Practical skills in setting up financial accounting and budgeting, including from scratch
- German speaking , English speaking
