YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE
You are the driving force behind our financial strategy. Together with the management team, you shape our vision and ensure that the company is financially positioned to reach its ambitious goals.
- You will define and lead our financial strategy – from growth planning and capital allocation to fundraising, M&A, and cash flow forecasting.
- You will drive company-wide performance by setting and tracking financial KPIs across all business units.
- You will advise the CEO, Board, and leadership team on budget planning and scenario modeling
- You will translate business goals into financial impact: pricing, CAC payback, LTV, margin, retention, and more.
- You will work closely with all departments and HQ functions to align financial decisions with operational priorities.
- You will represent Helpling externally – in conversations with partners and investors.
As a key member of the leadership team you play a critical role in our long-term success!
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Several years of experience in a similar strategic finance role – ideally in startups, scale-ups, or company builders.
- Strong leadership background with a proven track record in managing and developing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for building what’s next.
- A deep understanding of business and financial KPIs – and how to link them effectively.
- A hands-on, structured working style and a “Getting Things Done” attitude.
- A confident communicator who can represent the company both internally and externally.
- Fluent in German and English.
