Your tasks
- You will be the face of our company to our customers, helping to create a consistently positive experience.
- Handling inquiries via email, phone, or chat, you respond in a friendly, efficient, and solution-focused manner.
- You collaborate with our delivery partners to quickly resolve any shipping or logistics-related issues.
- By working closely with internal teams, you ensure that customers receive accurate, timely, and helpful information.
Your profile
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English. Proficiency in French and/or Italian will be considered an advantage and will enhance your possibilities.
- You demonstrate a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with customers. Address their needs and problems with a customer-first mindset.
- Possess a basic knowledge of computer usage and a willingness to learn new programs and portals.
- Availability: As a freelancer, working student, or temporary contract worker, ideally you will be able dedicate 20 hours of work per week, with a time period from the 1st of November to the 31st of December 2025.
