We’re looking for a Junior Backend Engineer to join our Analytics Team — the part of our product where everything revolves around data, insights, and turning usage patterns into real product value. You’ll help us understand how people actually use our communication platform — not by guessing, but by building smart tools and scalable infrastructure that makes sense of the data.
No boring maintenance tasks here — you’ll be part of a small, skilled team that builds features from scratch, improves the data pipeline, and has a say in how things are built and shipped. It is your chance to enter an already grown and successful company while being able to still leave your visible footprint.

👩🏼💻Remote/hybrid role: We value flexibility and teamwork. If you live within a commutable distance from one of our office locations, we require you to work on-site at least one day per week, with Wednesdays as the designated in-office day. While Wednesday is the minimum, we recommend spending 2 (or more) days in the office each week. For those further away, we look forward to seeing you two days per month during our team events to foster collaboration and team spirit
