As a Proximity Technician, you will provide hands-on IT support to end users, ensuring smooth daily operations across Windows environments. This role is ideal for a junior IT professional looking to grow in an international and regulated environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site IT support for MS Windows 10/11 environments
User account management via Active Directory (create, modify, disable users)
Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
Set up, configure, and deploy new workstations, laptops, and peripherals
Perform local IT asset management (inventory, tracking, replacements)
Coordinate and work closely with the Global IT team
Ensure compliance with internal IT procedures and security standards

Mandatory Requirements:

German speaker
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Professional appearance and strong on-site presence
Willingness to work fully on-site in Munich

Technical Skills:

Basic to intermediate experience with Windows 10/11 support
Familiarity with Active Directory
Understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Experience in hardware setup, imaging, and user support
Previous experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment is a plus
